1. Introduction

Welcome to Miss Hana Day Spa. By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Appointments

2.1 Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person. A valid contact number and email address are required at the time of booking.

2.2 Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

2.3 Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

2.4 Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

3. Services

3.1 Consultation: A brief consultation will be conducted before your treatment to understand your needs and ensure the best possible service.

3.2 Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. This will help us tailor our services to your needs.

3.3 Right to Refuse Service: Miss Hana Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may be compromised by our services.

4. Payments

4.1 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of booking will be honored.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

4.3 Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service price but are appreciated for exceptional service.

5. Gift Certificates and Packages

5.1 Validity: Gift certificates and prepaid packages must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Non-Transferable: Gift certificates and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5.3 Lost Certificates: Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

6. Personal Belongings

6.1 Responsibility: Please keep your personal belongings secure. Miss Hana Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
